Refund Policy

instabiz operates on a monthly retainer model. Our work is service-based and begins immediately upon payment. Please read this policy before subscribing.

01 — Nature of Our Services

instabiz provides ongoing digital services — website setup and maintenance, local SEO, and digital ad management — on a monthly retainer basis. Because these services involve time, expertise, platform access, and deliverables that begin upon payment confirmation, our refund policy reflects this reality.

We are not a SaaS product with an automatic trial. Every retainer starts with real work: onboarding, research, setup, and execution begin within the first few days of the billing cycle.

02 — General Refund Position

No refunds are issued once the monthly retainer period has commenced — i.e., once we have begun any onboarding, setup, audit, or service delivery activity for that billing cycle.

This applies to all retainer plans, including:

Website setup and management
Local SEO (Google Business Profile optimisation, citation building, review strategy)
Digital ad management (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
Bundled packages combining any of the above

03 — Exceptions Where a Refund May Be Considered

We recognise that exceptional situations arise. A full or partial refund will be considered in the following cases:

Duplicate Payment

If you are charged twice for the same billing period due to a technical error, the duplicate charge will be fully refunded within 5–7 business days.

Service Not Delivered

If we fail to commence any service activity within 7 business days of payment — and you notify us in writing — you are entitled to a full refund of that month’s retainer.

Scope Not As Agreed

If we deliver a service materially different from what was documented in your service agreement, and we are unable to resolve the gap within 7 days of your written complaint, a proportional refund may be issued at our discretion.

All refund requests under these exceptions must be submitted to info@instabiz.pro within the same billing cycle in question.

04 — Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your retainer at any time, subject to the following:

Notice Given	Effect
7+ days before next billing date	No further charges. Current cycle completes normally.
Fewer than 7 days before billing date	Next cycle may be charged. We will not bill beyond that.
Cancellation mid-cycle	No refund for the current period. Services continue until end of cycle.

To cancel, send a written request to info@instabiz.pro. Verbal or WhatsApp-only requests will be acknowledged but require email confirmation to take effect.

05 — Ad Spend

For clients whose retainer includes ad management, it is important to note:

Ad budgets paid directly to Google Ads or Meta Ads are governed by those platforms’ own billing and refund terms — they are not within our control.
Our management fee (the retainer) is separate from ad spend and is non-refundable under the same terms as above.
Unused ad budget already deposited with a platform may be refundable by that platform — we will assist you in requesting this if applicable.

06 — Website Deliverables

If your retainer includes a website build or setup:

Work begins within the first week of the initial payment.
If you cancel before the website is live but after work has commenced, we will transfer all completed work files to you — but the setup fee is non-refundable.
You retain ownership of all content and assets you provided. Custom design and development work produced by us remains deliverable to you upon full payment of the agreed amount.

07 — How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under Section 03, email us at info@instabiz.pro with:

Your business name and registered email
The billing period in question
A brief description of the issue

We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
